Privacy Policy

When you order we collect your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number where you provide it, and the items in your order. When you subscribe we collect your email address only. We also receive standard analytics about how pages are used — device type, referring page, pages viewed.

To take payment, dispatch your order, answer your messages, handle returns, and send the emails you asked for. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not send marketing to people who did not ask.

Shopify processes orders and payments; payment card details are handled by Shopify's payment providers and never reach our servers. Carriers receive the shipping details needed to deliver. Our email provider receives your address to send order and subscription mail. Each acts on our instructions only.

We use cookies to keep your bag, remember whether you have seen our density note, and measure traffic. You can clear or block them in your browser; the bag will not persist between visits if you do.

Write to salesjegomo@gmail.com to see, correct, export or delete the data we hold about you, or to unsubscribe. We reply within 1 business day. Order records are retained where tax law requires it; marketing data is deleted on request.
