Yes. Every Jegomo piece is 100% human hair — never synthetic, never blended.
How long does a Jegomo wig last?+
Human hair worn regularly and cared for gently — cool washes, weekly conditioning, moderate heat, stored on a stand — stays in good condition for many months of wear. Frequent high heat, chemical processing and daily brushing shorten that considerably.
What is HD Swiss lace?+
An ultra-fine, transparent Swiss lace that melts into any skin tone for a truly invisible hairline.
Do you ship worldwide?+
Yes. Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and delivered in 4–11 days after processing, tracked. Free standard shipping over $199; free express shipping over $400. Free shipping thresholds apply to United States addresses; international duties and taxes are calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy?+
Unworn returns within 30 days, original packaging. Quality issues — lace, density, shedding — covered for 30 days. Atelier commissions are final sale.
