- Included on orders over $400. Below that, live rates are shown at checkout.
- Dispatch origin
- Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and delivered in 4–11 days after processing, tracked. Free standard shipping over $199; free express shipping over $400.
- Duties & taxes
- Orders shipped within the United States carry no additional import duties. International orders may be subject to local duties or taxes, which are the recipient's responsibility.
Returns
- Window
- 30 days from delivery to request a return.
- Condition
- Unworn and uninstalled, original packaging, lace uncut, no adhesive, no colour or heat applied, tags and inclusions intact.
- Final sale
- Custom-cut, custom-coloured and customised pieces are final sale, as are wigs where the lace has been cut.
- How to start
- Email salesjegomo@gmail.com with your order number and photographs. We reply within 1 business day with return instructions.
- Damaged or incorrect
- If a piece arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we will resolve it at our cost.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed as soon as your piece is dispatched. If tracking has not updated after 72 hours, email us and we will chase the carrier for you.

Free standard shipping over $199 · free express over $400. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the dispatch origin of the piece you selected.
Can I return a wig?+
Unworn, uninstalled pieces in their original packaging with lace uncut can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Once lace has been cut, coloured or an adhesive has been applied, the piece is considered worn and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
